Influence and Mechanism Research of Hydration Heat Inhibitor on Low-Heat Portland Cement

A kind of microcapsule sustained-release–type hydration heat inhibitor (MSR) was prepared. The effect MSR on semi-adiabatic temperature rise, setting time, and strength low-heat Portland cement investigated. Microcalorimetry, XRD, SEM, TG-DSC were used to investigate the mechanism cement. results showed that had good regulating When dosage 0.3%, release rate decreased by 10% peak 52%. 3D compressive 50%, 28-day same as control. can delay inhibiting C 2 S 3 minerals.
